Established by Derek Bosher in Hove in 1974, and in Peacehaven in 1981. This is a small family run practice offering a wide range of legal services to the local community and beyond.
Derek who is based at the Hove office oversees Commercial and Domestic Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and General Private Client Work. His business partner Adrian Parker based at the Peacehaven office is responsible for litigation matters, specialising is Divorce and Family Work, but also including General Civil Litigation, and Wills / Probate.
The partners and support staff offer a comprehensive personal service and are happy to deal with initial enquiries without obligation. The practice does not undertake legally aided work, but where relevant is willing to negotiate a payment structure to assist individual financial circumstances.
Appointments out of hours are offered, together with home visits as necessary, but generally without additional cost.
